Business Center Reutlingen is the trading name of James-Schuler & Schuler Business-Center GbR. We rent out business addresses and rooms in our own office and provide organisational support for company formations, market entry and business transfers.

Christoph Schuler

Founder

More than 15 years with Mercedes: first in Detroit in 2006 and 2007, where he also wrote his diploma thesis, then from April 2008 through the graduate trainee programme into R&D and management, until the end of 2025. This included two years living in Bangalore as an expat (2015 to 2017).

Nancy James

Co-founder

Born and raised in Bangalore, in Germany since 2017. Years as Head of HR and Managing Director of an IT consultancy; before that a corporate, intercultural and English-accent trainer. Speaks English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada and several more Indian languages.

Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) with more than 6 years in AML/KYC compliance and financial crime prevention across international banking and fintech.

Languages in the team: German, English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Ukrainian and Russian.

Built with our own hands

About 100 m² on the first floor of Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 33 in Reutlingen. We renovated and furnished the empty rooms ourselves. This is where we work, where we receive post for our address clients, and where meetings and workshops take place.

Rent out business addresses with personal mail handling
Rent out desks, meeting and workshop rooms
Provide organisational support for UG and GmbH formations and coordinate with the notary, the bank, tax advisers and other parties
Help international companies build a business presence in Germany
Support acquisitions and succession in a structured and confidential way
Business development and intercultural consulting between Germany and India

What we do not do

No legal advice and no tax advice. In Germany, only licensed lawyers (Rechtsanwälte) and tax advisers (Steuerberater) may provide it. We put you in touch with professionals.
No promises about decisions by authorities, courts or banks, for example on registration, bank accounts or visas
No deadline monitoring and no review of the content of our address clients' post
No parcels as part of the business address service

Our fees for support and consulting depend on the scope and complexity of your project. You receive an individual quote before you commit. Fixed prices apply to the business address and the rooms.
