We process personal data only to the extent necessary and on the basis of the GDPR. The legal bases are in particular Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract / pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interest, e.g. the secure and functional provision of the website).
When you access the website, technically necessary data is processed by our hosting provider in server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed, volume of data transferred, browser/operating-system information). This serves the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data-processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Log files are stored only for as long as necessary for security and functionality and are then deleted.
This website uses self-hosted fonts. No data is transferred to Google or other third parties for this purpose; the fonts are loaded exclusively from our own server.
On your first visit we ask for your consent via a cookie banner. Without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set and no tracking is loaded; technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie choice itself) is exempt. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. The legal basis for optional cookies/services is your consent (§ 25(1) TTDSG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web-analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies to analyse website use statistically (e.g. pages visited, approximate region, device/browser, time spent). The IP address is processed in anonymised form.
We use Google Consent Mode v2: before your consent, no analytics cookies are set and no measurement data is sent to Google. Google Analytics is only loaded after your active consent. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We run advertisements through Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). If you choose "Accept all" in the cookie notice, we set cookies for this purpose and transmit usage data to Google. The purposes are conversion measurement, that is, whether a click on an advertisement led to a booking or an enquiry, and remarketing, that is, showing advertisements again to people who have already visited our website.
Our Google Analytics account is linked to our Google Ads account. Usage data from Analytics can therefore be used for measurement and for audiences in Ads.
The data processed includes a cookie identifier, your shortened IP address, device and browser data, and the pages you view and events you trigger. Transfer to Google LLC in the United States is possible; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by EU standard contractual clauses.
The legal basis is solely your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG). Without consent no advertising-related processing takes place: the default is denied, and if you choose "Statistics only" all advertising purposes remain blocked. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via change cookie settings.
If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, your enquiry) in order to handle your request. The contact form transmits your entries to our web server, which generates and sends an email to us; the form data is not stored permanently in a database. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.
To handle enquiries we also use services provided by Google (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): emails to kontakt@businesscenter-reutlingen.de are forwarded to and handled in a Google mailbox, replies are in part sent through Google, and appointment confirmations run through Google Calendar. This may involve processing on servers in the United States; Google relies on the EU standard contractual clauses for this and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling your enquiry reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries.
To book an initial consultation, we embed Google's appointment scheduler (Google Workspace / Google Calendar, provider Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) on the “Book a consultation” page. The calendar is only loaded after your active click (“two-click solution”), no connection to Google is established without your action. When you load the calendar and book a slot, data (e.g. IP address, browser data and the details you provide such as name, email address and preferred time) is transmitted to Google and may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is your consent or the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
Video calls via Google Meet. For scheduled calls we send a calendar invitation containing a Google Meet link (also Google Ireland Limited). If you join, Google processes connection and usage data such as IP address, device and browser data, the time and duration of your participation, and the audio and video transmitted during the call. We do not record calls. Processing in the United States may occur here as well, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and supplementary EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in conducting the conversation efficiently (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). If you would rather not use Google Meet, tell us and we will arrange a phone call instead.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your data is processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta). We have no influence over this processing; WhatsApp/Meta's privacy terms apply. Use is based on your decision to choose this channel (Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR). Please do not send particularly sensitive data via WhatsApp.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process the email address you provide and, optionally, your first name. Subscription uses the double opt-in procedure: after you enter your address we send an email containing a confirmation link, and only once you confirm do we add you to the list. To document your consent we store the time of subscription and of confirmation together with the IP address used. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). After confirming you receive a personal link to our free guide; see section 10. Subscription data is held on a server we operate ourselves. Confirmation and newsletter emails are sent by our German hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM (Neue Medien Münnich, Friedrichroda); no transfer to a third country takes place for this route. Section 6 applies to any further correspondence. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, using the unsubscribe link in every newsletter email or by writing to kontakt@businesscenter-reutlingen.de.
The guide is not publicly accessible on our server. It is delivered only through a personal, cryptographically signed link that you receive after confirming. The link is valid for 30 days and stops working once it has been used.
For each request we log: the time, the email address the link was issued to, the outcome of the request, the number of previous requests, the identifier your browser transmits (user agent) and your IP address in shortened form. For IPv4 we set the last octet to zero; for IPv6 we store only the first three blocks, so the request can no longer be traced to a specific connection.
The purpose is to detect misuse, in particular the unauthorised sharing of download links, and to confirm delivery. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the service free of abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are held on our web server in Germany and deleted after twelve months at the latest.
Your data is only shared where this is necessary to provide the service you requested (e.g. involving notaries, tax advisors, lawyers or vetted partners) and where you have consented or a legal basis exists (Art. 6(1)(b)/(a) GDPR).
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser's address bar.
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR).
