Yes. Every room can be booked from one hour, and also by the half day or full day. You can choose the conference room for up to 6 people, the workshop room with balcony for up to around 12 people, or a private office for one-to-one conversations. Short-notice bookings are usually possible.

Conference room €39 per hour, €149 half day, €249 full day. Workshop room with balcony €49 per hour, €179 half day, €299 full day. Private office €29 per hour, €99 per day. All prices exclude statutory VAT, as of August 2026. If you would rather have it set up for you, the Business Meeting package is €99 and includes the conference room for two hours ready to go, with drinks, a reserved parking space and someone on site.

The conference room has an oval table for six, a large TV and a flipchart. The workshop room is around 22 m², has its own balcony for breaks and flexible seating for up to around 12 people. Always included: fast WiFi, coffee and water, a fully equipped kitchen, two WCs, cleaning and parking. Catering can be added on request.

Yes. The coworking room has four desks with office chairs. A flexible day is €18, a fixed desk is €199 per month including a parking space at the building (introductory rates until 31 October 2026, excl. VAT). If you come regularly but not daily, there is a 5-day ticket for €85 or a 10-day ticket for €159.

The address is Konrad-Adenauer-Str. 33, 72762 Reutlingen. It is a two-minute walk from Reutlingen-West station and about 15 minutes from the main station. There is parking at the building plus public parking about five minutes' walk away. Stuttgart Airport and the trade fair are about 20 minutes away, and Tübingen is a short drive.

Yes. There are separate community rates: tutoring in the private room €25 for two hours, an association meeting in the conference room €49 for two hours, a community afternoon in the workshop room for up to 12 people €79 for four hours, and a quiet desk for a day €19. These prices include VAT and apply to private, non-commercial use. Evenings and Saturdays are possible by arrangement.
